***T.H.E.O.N.I Way September 2020 Newsletter***

Greetings citizens of Love!

Challenges are how we progress in this life. Many times, we face the same issues we thought we had already dealt with in the past. The question is not ‘why is this happening to me?’, it is rather a question of ‘what am I resisting in this moment?’

When we resist the truth, we experience pain and suffering. It is our Ego’s favourite pass time. Through awareness and continuous practice to shine the light onto our Shadow-Self, we discover that our inner-light is more powerful than our sense of struggle. The Ego-Self needs to feel in control, and this is how we fall into the trap of thinking that out there somewhere is our joy or happiness. We battle to accept that joy and happiness is a state of BEing.

How do we ‘BE’?

Our automatic programmed thinking believes that by doing _____ we can have _____, and then we can be _____ (fill in the blank that is true for you).

The core of our experiences circle around what we believe we lack.

(Remember that I am at your service for Soul Coaching or any other guidance you may need,)

As it is above, so it is below.

The Full Moon is 2 September 2020 and as with all full moons, this indicates endings. Avoid emotional outbursts and remember that being sensitive is a gift and rather than re-act take a moment to assimilate your thoughts with your feelings. Sometimes no response is necessary. Perhaps surrender to the present moment is all the action required.

The New Moon is 17 September 2020 and as with all new moons this symbolises new beginnings. This energy is especially significant in career and health objectives. New Moon energy is the most powerful energy to begin something new with, whether it be a new eating routine or a new work project, this is the perfect time!

I wish you a blessed month!

Love and miracles,

Theoni
